Become a Licensee

The U.S. Air and Space Forces Intellectual Property Management Office creates, executes and maintains all the commercial contracts for qualified companies that develop and manufacture Air and Space Force-branded merchandise. The team works with hundreds of companies from around the world to ensure officially licensed merchandise aligns with Air and Space Forces’ core values. Our licensing team also works with non-federal entities like civic groups, social groups, city planners, non-profit organizations, and private individuals interested in using DAF intellectual properties beyond retail. This includes monuments, signage, commemorative gifts and so much more. We strive to build quality relationships with the private sector and citizens.
